Instructions:

In order to validate the contract, compliance of the following terms is required.

1) Full non-refundable deposit must be received with this contract.

2) Certified Check or Money Order payable to Brooklyn CB7 Friends, Inc. and should note “CB 7 Waterfront Festival” in the memo section. Mail to Community Board #7 at 4201 Fourth Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11232.

3) Food vendor propane tanks must be standard 20 lbs and certified by the New York Fire Department Two tanks are permitted per vendor. Additional tanks must be stored off the pier. All vendors must follow applicable New York City Vending Laws. All Vendors must follow applicable New York City Vending Laws.

4) The applicant agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless the Brooklyn Community Board #7 and their respective Directors, Officers, Employees and its Agents from all claims, suits, actions, loss, liabilities and damages, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees and cost arising out of or caused by the vendor’s activities. The applicant further agrees to comply with all pertinent provisions of New York State Laws, Rules and Regulations.
